Limit-Breaking Power
  • While in Limit-Breaking Power, Super Moves are now cancelable into Meteor Moves on block or hit. Certain Supers and Meteors are excluded
Ki Charge
  • Minimum active frames reduced from 35 to 23
  • Due to this change, total minimum animation sped up from 55 to 43, minimum Ki gain reduced from ?? to ??
