All in all, Elphelt is a well rounded character with a powerful toolkit just waiting with bated breath to be unleashed.


1.33 Non-Gameplay Changes


General

  • Added Elphelt Valentine fishing items and musical themes.

Network Mode

  • "Quick Start" information now displays recommended floor instead of last floor accessed.
  • "Player Match" information now displays selected region instead of floor.
  • Fixed an issue on Steam/Windows causing controls to not respond properly on the match making screen after changing buttons in Training Mode Standby.
  • Fixed and issue causing Del Station animations to not display correctly when on standby to spectate a Player Match.

R-Code

  • Fixed an issue with display after the EXP acquired surpassed a certain value.

Digital Figure

  • Changed wording for the option to change the direction of a character's gaze, hide their mask/glasses/etc.

GG World

  • Added New entries to GG World and updated Elphelt entry.

Arcade Mode

  • Fixed an issue causing subtitles to not display correctly after skipping dialogue in certain scenes.

Mission Mode

  • Fixed an issue allowing the player to make inputs directly after sample playback.

Wild Assault

All Versions NERF

    • Decreased amount of Burst drain when hit or blocked.
    • Fixed an issue causing slowdown at the incorrect time when canceling the initial startup of a normal move.

Orange Wild Assault NERF

    • Increased RISC depletion.
    • Increased startup of charged version.

Blue Wild Assault BUFF

    • Decreased frontal pushbox.
    • Increased Guard Crush time for uncharged version.

White Wild Assault BUFF

    • Increased movement speed.
    • Fixed an issue causing incorrect momentum when cancelled after a White Wild Assault clash.


Deflect Shield

Deflect Shield BUFF

    • Now causes knockback knockback for certain moves that were not impacted by knockback.
    • Knockback is now uniform, regardless of the opponent's attack.


Other Systems

Blue Psyche Burst NERF

    • Increased recovery.

Roman Cancel (All Versions) REWORK

    • Set an upper limit for horizontal movement speed upon canceling or finishing the move.

Danger State REWORK

    • While in the danger warning state before triggering Negative Penalty, Tension gauge no longer decreases over time.

Positive Bonus REWORK

    • Decreased effect active time. Sped up rate of Tension gauge increase.
      • Total tension gain remains unchanged, but total Burst gain is roughly halfed.

    • 2K is now less likely to trigger a clash.
