This overhead can be good for opening up the opponent however it requires them to be blocking and respecting eddie to get hit. Alot of eddie's attacks make it difficult to pull this off due to eddie knocking the opponent out so you can't get a combo, opponent can mash out, or eddie doesn't combo truely into it

Because you can airdash out of this move it is a great mixup tool at your disposal. This can be mashed out of so it is best often used in sync with eddie to ensure opponent cannot mash out.

One of your best moves. Fairly fast, covers good range, and not too bad on wiff. This on block can allow you to setup drill or just determine what your opponent is going to do.

Good move for control neutral. This move has a ton of active frames which make it easy to meaty people on wakeup and can be upwards of +27 or more if hitting on later active frames

Integral move to playing Zato-1. Zato-1 summons eddie which can then use all of his following attacks by pressing P, K, S, or H. To maximize the use of using eddie you need to learn to use negative edge for getting eddie's move out.

- There's a gap between the two hits. 4 frame gap on hit and a 7 frame gap on block. Keep this in mind because smart opponents can mash during this if you do not condition them

Keep in mind the hitbox is not as good as it looks(especially vertically). This move is still amazing as it covers a lot of distance.

Eddie can armor multiple hits (anything but Overdrives) before going active and not dying. Be careful not to throw out pokes carelessly, though, as Eddie only absorb 1 active frame of the opponent's move, meaning they can still hit you afterwards.
