Nuke zoning will give him a very hard time, he can 1hit your P nuke with his fS, but by then, you should already have K and S nuke out. Doing P Nuke > K Nuke (FRC) shuts him down essentially, the only way he gets out of your halfscreen/fullscreen zoning is with a specifically spaced air H Stun Edge.
 
If he's about halfscreen and you don't have a P Nuke out, he's able to 5H or 236K it, but he often does not get much reward, usually just a KD, if he's in range to 2D then he can follow-up with 236S/H frc routing.
 
His DP isn't that good, you can just zone him out for oki, and unlike Sol, he can't really run up DP since his reward isn't that great, and the risk is just immense, because you'd be able to convert into a 6H route from here (Usually after P nuke > (K Nuke) > S nuke)

Nukes basically prevent Ky from playing as it beats all his projectiles. If you're both in neutral parity, Ky can TK Stun Edge to snipe a nuke set to edge his way in. Once you have advantage, nukes makes Ky's life difficult. Manual det nukes can deal with weird angle air Stun edge. Ky's pressure is still pretty good if he gets in though. If you do get Ky off of you, it's better to just go back to the projectile game instead of doing the mixup game on Ky.

Work In Progress. Nuke zoning will give him a very hard time, he can 1hit your P nuke with his fS, but by then, you should already have K and S nuke out.
