Team Synergy

Point

On point, Blake excels at long range with her b normals with correct spacing. Blake really shines in the air in combination with her 214x whiff cancel into clone (usually stone) to set up aerial approaches or retreats. (Try super jump 214b, 22a, dash cancel into j.b. you can usually use the clones landing position to estimate where the jump b will hit, or j.c after the clone to land on top of the clone.) Blake's close range game isn't bad either her auto combo into j.b can set up a mix up using 214x and clone. Awareness of prime distance is required when using her. Movement is key, you should be trying to get into a portion to use j.b effectively.

Anchor

Blake on anchor is her recommended location because 6p is one of the best assists in the game. 5p is also good for setting up sandwich situations with good cross combo timing. 4p is an average burst punish and anti air option.

Recommended Partners

Every single character (imo) will find her useful on anchor. 6p is a great (possibly degenerate) assist that everyone can find useful. On the other hand an assist for Blake is harder to come by. Anyone that can lockdown is recommended. (I personally use yang 6p)

Fighting Blake

While Blake isn't the worst on the ground, her anti air game is subpar requiring meter to use her 214c. Don't use her dp unless you know it'll work. It is bad. To beat Blake approach from angles her j.b doesn't reach (directly above) and pressure her to keep in a range where 5b isn't effective. Blake's assist calls get beat out by beams and fast projectiles. She also has low health so it doesn't take much to kill her.
