Guilty Gear XX Accent Core

Guilty Gear XX Accent Core is an update to Guilty Gear XX Slash, adding new gameplay mechanics such as Force Breaks, Slashback and Throw Breaks. This version also updates many of the game's aesthetics, adding a new opening, replacing the UI and menus, adding new character portraits and backgrounds, and re-recording all the voices.

Accent Core also has a re-release, Accent Core Plus, which fixes various bugs present in the original Japanese console release and includes a brand new Story Mode, Mission Mode and brings back File:GGAC Kliff Undersn Icon.png Kliff Undersn and File:GGAC Justice Icon.png Justice as unlockable characters.

The gameplay balance from Accent Core is also available in the Steam and Switch releases of Guilty Gear XX Accent Core Plus R and can be toggled on in the Options menu. The Steam release includes GGPO rollback netcode, and as such is the recommended way to play.

Characters

File:GGAC Kliff Undersn Icon.png Kliff Undersn and File:GGAC Justice Icon.png Justice are boss characters, and not legal in tournament play.
