Tier lists reflect the understanding on relative character strength at the time that they are written. Metas can develop and characters can change after a tier list is made. Tier lists usually do not account for character difficulty, but that can sometimes be a factor depending on the author. Depending on your goals and how competitive you are, tier lists may or may not be entirely irrelevant. |
There isn't a clear consensus on BBCF tierlists. Some characters may vary significantly between tier lists.
In order to avoid bias, the tier lists are ordered alphabetically.
Betadood's tierlist
Betadood is an American Ragna player. He notably won CEOtaku 2019 and Frosty Faustings XII (2020)

Tennti's Tier List
Tennti is a Japanese Izayoi player. This tier list was made with the collaboration of Kogatan (Hibiki), Chourou (Rachel), Itou Sae (Carl), and Suya (Valkenhayn). They are some of the best players in the world for their respective characters.

Legacy Tier Lists
This section includes tier lists which predate the GGPO revival by a significant amount. These lists are likely either outdated, or their authors are retired. They are included for the sake of historical record keeping.
That means don't use these to start arguments on Twitter.
