Good wraparound but startup and priority are unreliable in an actual melee clash.

Startup isn't too notably fast, but it is the fastest among all of ReGZ's melees. Also has strong priority. Moreover, is pretty damage-efficient - very good as a combo part.

2B - Uppercut

Simple, single-hit uppercut:

One of ReGZ's better combo finisher options due to its high launch and single-hit damage.

Launch eight can be made even higher with 2B>BR (forward-step).

BD Melee - Stab

Simple, single-hit thrust attack:

Does high single-hit damage (as well as good damage efficiency), and both the reach and priority are the strongest of all of ReGZ's attacks, making it your go-to in a clash.

However, because it has an awkward startup, it's not very good to use in combos. Furthermore, as a finisher, it lacks 2B's launch and also costs more Boost.
